1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using NDIS Shield Hub services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. You represent that you are over 18 years of age or are acting with legal guardian consent.
2. Service Description
NDIS Shield Hub provides a specialized NDIS Compliance & Audit Readiness platform. Our services include automated price guide verification, audit evidence reporting, and participant budget tracking. We reserve the right to modify or terminate services without prior notice.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your account information, maintaining account security, using our services for lawful purposes, and complying with these terms. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Prohibited Activities
You may not use our services for illegal activities, spam or unsolicited communications, content that infringes on others' rights, malware distribution, unauthorized access attempts to our systems, or actions that disrupt the service.
5. Payment and Subscription
For paid plans, you must provide a valid payment method. Subscriptions automatically renew and are charged unless canceled. Price changes will be notified at least 30 days in advance. Our refund policy varies by plan type.
6. Intellectual Property & Data Sovereignty
All rights to the NDIS Shield Hub platform belong to NDIS Shield Hub. NDIS Shield Hub maintains strict NDIS Data Sovereignty. Our platform's accuracy is provided as a tool for guidance, not direct legal or financial advice.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our services are provided 'as is'. NDIS Shield Hub does not guarantee that services will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
8. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, no refunds are provided for the remaining paid period, but you may export your data.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Disputes will first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation, otherwise the exclusive jurisdiction of Australian courts is accepted.
